more base

3/11 - 30min base + striders
3/10 - 30min base + crunches
3/9 - 30min base + striders

Current weight: 152 lbs. Not good. Which is weird because I actually feel relatively fit.

  3. Sometimes 4 miles, sometimes more. Sometimes I forget to post. But I'm intentionally keeping total mileage relatively low until May. Base pace at this point is anything slower than 7:15/mile.

  4. I was going to invite you to run with me on Saturday. I need to run 16. But I see you are keeping your mileage low. I need someone to pace me. I'm horrible about keeping pace. Keep on blogging!!!
