6/5 (am) - 7 miles with 8 x 400m @ 78 sec
6/3 - 7 miles E
6/2 - 52 min with 8 x 75 sec hill repeats
6/1 - 7 miles E

  3. Well I was thinking that, knowing how you don't get all crazy on mileage, 56 would be a lot for you at this point. So, not surprised.
