Thu 7/10: First serious speedwork session in 2.5 weeks. That doesn't seem like much time but I was definitely rusty; never quite settled in to that "comfortably hard" zone. Saturday's tempo run felt 100% better. Tonight's plan is 15 road miles and I'm leaving the watch at home.
